Justin Nieden

I did not become a lawyer until much later in life. I am a proud United States Navy Veteran where I worked in Combat Search and Rescue for the 2nd Marine Air Wing. After my time in service, I was fortunate enough to continue my passion in aviation working for the largest general aviation manufacturer. Working hard, being dedicated to the task at hand, and maintaining my integrity throughout everything led me to the company’s San Antonio office and I’ve been here since 2005.

In 2009, I left my lucrative aviation career and followed my dream to attend law school at St. Mary’s University. Upon completion of law school and successfully passing the State of Texas Bar Exam, I became licensed and immediately went to work helping clients through some of the most difficult times in their lives.

In 2016, I made the decision to exclusively practice in family law to better represent my client’s interests and advocate for their needs. However, it wasn’t until my own marriage ended around this same time, that I truly appreciated the practical understandings my clients were experiencing. Now, after a nineteen year marriage, I comprehend firsthand
the struggles with dividing a life built together, explaining to young children the uncertainty that lies ahead, struggles over visitation and support, and the five stages of grief that come from the demise of a relationship.
